I wanted to let you know the two substitutes you had for the week of May 9, for
the Fat Blasting and Spin classes were both great. Sharon's class was very good
and we enjoyed her enthusiasm and motivation.

Helen who taught spin was very knowledgeable and did a great job. She spent
time making sure everyone was in the proper position and was providing specific
help to those members who were new to spinning. It was really a great class.

Finally, Tracy who has been teaching the evening Yoga class on Tuesday's filling
in for Peggy has been so great. I have enjoyed taking her classes. She has the natural Yoga personality and demeanor.

If there is any way that we can have these instructors teach additional classes in the evening or later in the day on the weekend as there aren't many classes in the evening during the week. There is only one Yoga class in the evening. And one Yoga class on the weekend in the morning on Sunday.

Any consideration for additional classes in the evening or later in the day on the weekend would be appreciated.

I have been a member of many fitness clubs and I have to say that being a member at The Zoo has been one of my best fitness experiences. First of all, how can you beat the location? Very few clubs can say that you can pump iron and use a treadmill while looking out over Fort Lauderdale Beach. Even the ride to the club is invigorating! The beach atmosphere permeates the special laid-back vibe at The Zoo. It's sort of like Venice Beach without the 5-hour red-eye flight. Adding to the beach vibe is the friendliness of the staff, trainers, and members who are glad to greet you with a smile and a "good morning" or "hey we missed you in Yoga class last week". While the "chill" atmosphere helps create a social atmosphere, the fitness classes are intense! Anyone who thinks that they are in pretty good shape should challenge themselves in the Spin, R.A.W, Sculpting, and/or Abs Classes (which are included in the membership fee!). The Zoo trainers get you to places you never thought possible! I'm glad I found the Zoo!
